Our Insurers pay Dentalink network dentists claims on a weekly basis, so you get paid faster. Additionally, our insurers offer BAC deposits to dentists. Practices enrolled in the bacs deposit program avoid bulk payment cycles entirely – each processed claim has a unique deposit sent automatically. Our bacs option means you can go from claim processed to money in the bank in just five days! And all this can be done without needing to change your internal account reconciliation process.

Partner Discounts:

We have partnered with some leading dental suppliers to be able to offer you discounts and savings on dental products and services including dental equipment, practice marketing, staff training, accountancy and legal services.

Dedicated Call Centre:

Participating dentists in the Dentalink network are provided with multiple customer service channels to best meet your needs – by phone, fax, or online, we work the way you prefer. We have a dedicated call centre set up to assist you with any queries you may have.

Communications:

Participating dentists will receive quarterly Dentalink Updates through our Dentalink newsletter. The Dentalink newsletter will contain information on how to get the most out of being a Dentalink Subscriber, as well as articles on improving practice administration and industry news.
